Cancelling an order – If you change your mind then you may return a bear at your cost within 14 days & the item must be unused/new condition together with relevant tags. If the item is received faulty then please contact us to discuss a return.

Layaway – We are happy to hold a bear for you until paid for in full. An agreed payment plan will be set out for you from the start. If a Layaway is cancelled by you then all monies paid are non-refundable but can be transferred to another bear of your choice. If the payment plan is not adhered to then we will cancel the agreement & again all monies paid will not be refunded.
Pre-orders – You can place a pre-order either on our website or by phone/email. If a pre-order is cancelled then we reserve the right to charge a £10 administration fee for all items under £150 & £20 for over this amount.
Payment Data/Processing – When you place an order either on-line or by phone we use a secure merchant facility to process your card payment. We do not store customers financial details or indeed any card details except the last 4 digits.
